Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco injured his right ankle during Sunday’s 26-25 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.Pacheco left the stadium on crutches and sporting a boot.Chiefs coach Andy Reid said he was waiting on test results but indicated the injury was significant.”The only major injury would be Isiah Pacheco,” Reid said. “He’s having tests on it now — X-Rays all that stuff.”Pressed on the severity, Reid indicated he was in wait-and-see mode.”I don’t actually know right now. I’ve just got to see,” Reid said. “They’re doing all the stuff right now, so I haven’t really had a chance to talk to him or anything about it.”
